Royal Premium Gold: Caviar from the hybrid sturgeon – the result of decades of breeding expertise
This hybrid is a cross between the Amur sturgeon (*Acipenser schrenckii*) and the Kaluga sturgeon (*Huso dauricus*), the latter also known as the "River Beluga." This Beluga hybrid is ideally suited for caviar production; the delicate roe boasts a particularly refined flavor and aroma. The caviar displays a broad color spectrum, ranging from very light and golden to brown. For the Royal Premium Gold selection, the lightest grains are hand-sorted to ensure a truly exquisite delicacy. Species-appropriate husbandry is a top priority, guaranteeing the caviar's premium quality. The sturgeon farms are expansive and situated in natural lakeside settings, providing the fish with ample space and water. Iranian master breeders oversee the rearing process in China to ensure excellence at every stage.
