Shipping policy

1. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

For orders placed before 12:00 PM, all goods are processed within 24 hours and delivered via Express Post within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For overnight express deliveries, the order must be received by us between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and the customer must personally accept the delivery from Swiss Post. This process ensures the cold chain is maintained. Upon receipt, please store the goods at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.

2. Delivery and Billing Address

If the delivery address differs from the billing address, the customer is required to inform us of this when placing the order. No liability is assumed if goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

3. Delivery Costs

"cavian.ch" covers the shipping costs for you, meaning you do not have to pay any shipping fees. This is a welcome promotion and remains valid until revoked by "cavian.ch".

4. Packaging and Transport

Fresh products are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging containing frozen cooling elements. This ensures an unbroken cold chain right up to the delivery address. To prevent any interruption to the cold chain, we ask that you accept the delivery in person.
