This intricately decorated caviar dish is handcrafted by Iranian artisans in the style of Safavid art (1501–1722). Only a few master craftsmen from Isfahan still possess the skill to create a dish of this quality. A special mechanism allows the lid to rotate smoothly beneath the base of the dish when opened. This work of art provides a stunning presentation for caviar.
