Only around 5% of the grains meet the strict quality criteria and they are carefully selected by hand. Spoil yourself, your friends, guests and family with this caviar.

Mild and delicately creamy. Imperial Oscietra Gold Caviar – More than 40 years of experience in production
It has taken a long time for sturgeon breeders to succeed in breeding Russian sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) whose eggs are of a similarly high quality to those of the wild Oscietra.
This very sensitive, primitive bony fish demanded all the knowledge of marine biologists before it was able to adapt to controlled aquaculture breeding. The Russian sturgeon is now a “cosmopolitan” fish.
Keeping sturgeon in a species-appropriate manner is very important and guarantees top-quality caviar. The sturgeons grow up in an extensive and natural lake landscape. Thanks to clean water, ample space and strict supervision, the Russian sturgeon grow to a length of 80 to 140 cm and a weight of up to 60 kg. After about nine years the females reach sexual maturity and produce the precious roe that is needed for the production of caviar.
