1. Delivery conditions

Delivery is made to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

For orders placed before 12:00 noon, all goods will be processed within 24 hours and delivered by ExpressPost in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For overnight express deliveries, the order must be received by us between 07:00 – 09:00 and the customer must accept the goods personally from the Swiss Post. This process ensures the cold chain. Please store the goods at 0° to +4°C upon receipt.

2. Delivery and invoice address

If the delivery address differs from the invoice address, the customer is obliged to inform us of this when placing the order. No liability will be accepted if the goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect data.

3. Delivery costs

4. Packaging and transport

The fresh products are delivered to you in a refrigerated package containing frozen cooling elements. With this step we guarantee a complete cold chain up to the delivery address. To ensure that the cold chain is not interrupted, we ask you to accept the delivery personally.
